C4 Support for local employment up to 20 Your firm’s share of local PMETs vs your subsector

Locals = citizens + PRs (with CPF). ≥70% local PMETs guarantees at least 10 points. Small firms default to 10 points.

C5 Skills bonus +20 The role is on MOM’s Shortage Occupation List (SOL) and the candidate is qualified for it

C6 Strategic economic priorities +10 My firm qualifies for the SEP bonus (sector-agency / NTUC supported, on an eligible programme, developing local workforce)
