Singapore work passes, handled by people who’ve filed yours before.
Asprin runs a concierge work pass desk for established Singapore employers and new company set-ups alike. Every Employment Pass, S Pass, Work Permit, Dependant’s Pass, Letter of Consent and ONE Pass we file is owned by a named specialist from intake to IPA — never a queue, never an offshore drafting team.
We are transparent with our advice to you on COMPASS thresholds and sectoral Dependency Ratio Ceilings (DRC) for your FW quotas. Each application is carefully vetted by a dedicated specialist before submission, so you can have peace of mind.
A four-step concierge process.
No automated form-filler. One named specialist takes the file from intake to IPA.
Intake call
Twenty minutes to map the role, the candidate, the deadline and any wrinkles. We won’t take on a case we can’t do well.
Eligibility review
COMPASS scoring, sectoral quota check, FCF compliance and risk flagging — written up before we file, not after.
We draft and submit
Documentation collated, MOM submission packaged, named specialist sign-off, then filed via EP eService, WP Online or the ONE Pass channel.
Track to approval
Status tracking, query handling, appeal if required, IPA letter handover and pre-arrival conversion through to the physical pass.
Transparent per-filing pricing across every MOM lane.
All prices in SGD and include MOM government fees passed through. Every filing includes one free appeal if MOM rejects, plus a 50% consulting-fee refund on the same case. We pre-screen and decline cases we don’t expect to clear.

COMPASS C2 — every declared qualification must be verified. Under MOM rules, educational qualifications declared for COMPASS points must be authenticated by a recognised third-party verification agency (commonly Avvanz or Verity Intelligence). Asprin coordinates the verification end-to-end with the candidate and the agency for a flat S$150 per credential — sitting on top of the pass filing fee. We’ll flag this on the intake call so you can budget for it before submission. MOM qualifications guidance →

What’s changed for Singapore work passes recently.
Current as of May 2026. Asprin retainer clients receive these updates in their monthly compliance briefing.
EP and S Pass floors are at recent highs — another lift is locked in for January 2027.
- EP qualifying salary at S$5,600. Since the 1 September 2023 raise, the Employment Pass floor has been S$5,600 a month in most sectors and S$6,200 in financial services for applicants at age 23, scaling with age to S$10,700 (S$11,800 in financial services) at age 45 and above. MOM EP eligibility →
- COMPASS C2 qualifications list refreshed 1 January 2026 — verification now matters more. MOM’s updated 20-points institutions list and 10-points equivalent-qualifications list took effect 1 January 2026 and applies to all new EP applications and renewals expiring on or after that date. Every qualification you declare for COMPASS C2 points must be authenticated by a MOM-recognised third-party verification agency — without it, the points don’t score. MOM COMPASS framework →
- Confirmed: another EP and S Pass step-up from 1 January 2027. EP floors rise to S$6,000 (general) and S$6,600 (financial services) at age 23; S Pass floors rise to S$3,600 (general) and S$4,000 (financial services). Plan renewal timing now where the candidate’s salary is close to the current floor.
- S Pass monthly levy harmonised. From 1 September 2025 the S Pass monthly levy is a flat S$650 across all sectors and tiers — the old Tier 1 / Tier 2 distinction has been retired. MOM S Pass quota & levy →
- Local Qualifying Salary rises 1 July 2026. The LQS — the prevailing monthly salary that local employees must earn to count towards quota and LOC renewal eligibility — goes from S$1,600 to S$1,800/month from 1 July 2026. Plan ahead for LOC business-owner renewals and S Pass quota maths.

Often filed alongside work passes:
Most EP filings sit on top of an underlying entity. If you’re still pre-incorporation, start with our Pte Ltd incorporation packages — we typically incorporate first, then file the EP for the new director. Once the entity is operating, our corporate secretary retainers keep ACRA filings, AGMs and statutory registers in good order so future EP renewals don’t stumble on company-side compliance gaps. For background on how we work, see the team and licences on the About Asprin page.
